Vivtorok ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered CRM platform operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Ukraine. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at vivtorok.com and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: name, email address, phone number, and password when you register.
  • Business Information: business name, type, address, working hours, services, products, and pricing you configure in the platform.
  • Conversation Data: messages, chat history, and interaction data from conversations between your AI agents and your customers across connected channels.
  • Contact Data: information about your leads and customers stored in the CRM, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and custom fields.
  • Usage Data: log data, device information, browser type, IP address, and pages visited.
  • Payment Data: billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To power AI-driven sales agents that communicate with your customers on your behalf
  • To process transactions and send billing-related communications
  • To send service announcements, updates, and support messages
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with the following third-party services:

  • Telegram: to send and receive messages through the Telegram platform on your behalf.
  • WhatsApp: to send and receive messages through WhatsApp on your behalf.
  • Stripe: to process subscription payments securely. Stripe's use of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic (Claude AI): to power AI agent conversations. Conversation data is sent to Anthropic for processing. See the Anthropic Privacy Policy.

5. Google API Services — Gmail Integration

Vivtorok accesses Google Gmail API to send and receive emails on your behalf as part of the CRM's multi-channel communication features. When you connect your Gmail account:

  • We access your Gmail account solely to send emails to your leads/customers and receive their replies within the Vivtorok CRM inbox.
  • Email content is used only to display conversations in your CRM dashboard and to provide context to AI agents you have configured.
  • We do not share, sell, or transfer your email content to any third party, except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., AI processing by Anthropic for agent responses).
  • We do not use your email data for advertising purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Vivtorok's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure located in the European Union (EU region). We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • Right of Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to Erasure: request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to Restriction: request that we restrict the processing of your data.
  • Right to Data Portability: request a machine-readable copy of your data.
  • Right to Object: object to processing of your data in certain circumstances.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data is collected in anonymized form to improve the Service.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
